Before reporting a streaming issue

Confirm the RTMP or RTMPS destination works with another encoder if possible.
For security, never send a full stream key or private endpoint in a public report.
Note the phone model, Android version, output preset and approximate session duration.
Include whether the issue happened in foreground, background, screen-off, after a network change, or after switching camera.
Use the app's Copy diagnostics action when available; review the copied text before sending it.
