Not a tiny copy of the NetBox admin UI. The beta is intentionally read-only and optimized for field access.

Scan

Use the Android camera to read a NetBox device URL or a common asset barcode. Recognition runs on-device.

Find

Search devices, racks and IP addresses directly against the NetBox instance you configure.

Inspect

See field-relevant attributes such as site, rack, role, device type, platform, primary IP, serial and asset tag.

Offline

Recent summaries and inspected details stay available from the local cache when the network is unavailable.

Direct by design

Your NetBox credentials do not need our server.

Direct connection. The app talks from your Android device to the NetBox server you configure; there is no developer-operated API relay in the current beta architecture.

Local credential protection. Saved API tokens are encrypted with AES-GCM using a key held by Android Keystore.

Private PKI friendly. Release builds require HTTPS and can trust certificate authorities explicitly installed in Android's user certificate store.

Local controls. You can forget saved credentials and clear the local NetBox cache from inside the app.
