Report the field job, not just the bug.

For this beta, context is especially useful: what you were standing in front of, what you needed from NetBox, and what slowed you down.

Connection issue

Include Android version, NetBox version, HTTPS/private-CA setup, and the visible error. Never email an API token.

Scan issue

Tell us the barcode type and what the label contains. Do not send sensitive labels unless you have permission to share them.

Missing field

Tell us which NetBox object you were inspecting and which specific field you needed at the rack.

Offline issue

Describe what had already been viewed online, what connectivity was lost, and which cached object you expected to remain available.
